  • Carmichael Ford (Townsville) and PowerHouse Ford (Mackay) have joined forces to support ACT for Kids. Both dealerships donate $35 from every single vehicle they sell to help fund our child protection services. Carmichael Ford is a major sponsor of our annual Tatts & Tiaras Day Gala Dinner in Townsville.

  • With studios in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Katrina Christ and her team specialise in creating gorgeous family photographs. Katrina's studios donate $25 from every shoot to ACT for Kids. Her company also donates photos of the littlies who graduate from our Early Education Program.
  • Kids who have been through a pretty rough start will be on a better life footing thanks to our new corporate sponsors, the Colorado Group. The company has supported a number of different charities in the past, but when it put the idea of adopting a single charity the staff reaction was overwhelmingly supportive of ACT for Kids. The Colorado Group (which also includes brands like Mathers, Williams, Jag and diana ferrari) will play a big part in our future success in breaking the cycle of child abuse throughout Australia. Company staff have already volunteered at a number of fundraising activities and events including our Annual Dinner during Child Protection Week in September.
  • ACT for Kids and Brisbane based radio station 96.5 FM Family have formed an official partnership. The exciting new arrangement is great news for us because 96.5FM is 'the perfect partner' for a charity which puts families first. With 96.5FM on board, we'll be able to broadcast expert advice about bringing up children, as well as give listeners tips on how to build a child-friendly Australia. As exclusive radio partners, 96.5FM will also help us create a buzz around our events and campaigns by promoting them across the airwaves.   • Conexus Consulting is an organisational and leadership development consulting business that partners with organisations to design and deliver innovative people solutions that transform the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. Conexus has provided solutions to some of the largest International and Australian organisations; delivering leadership, team and organisational development programs throughout Australia, North and South America, and the Asia Pacific. They are a small and passionate team which partnered with ACT for Kids in 2009. Support from Conexus Consulting to date includes a sizeable cash donation as well as much appreciated volunteering hours.
  • QK Technologies is Australia's leading provider of childcare management software.  Their premier product called QikKids is used by over 5,000 centres every working day making it the most trusted brand in the industry.  Their dedicated team of over 40 staff are responsible for the day to day member support and for the ongoing development of their programs.
     
    To date, QK Technologies have been more than generous by supplying our offices with five much needed IBM desktop computers, valued at over $2,000 each. The company is also donating $5 to ACT for Kids from every childcare centre who renews their annual license of QikKids.  We know this is just the beginning of a wonderful partnership.
